No organisation wishes to be
accused of greenwashing
It’s an incredibly damaging accusation that if proven,
can have great detriment to an organisation’s credibility.
If you’re greening-up your company you’ll quickly realise there’s an awful lot of data that needs logging and storing in order to work out how your company is performing. You also will want to use this data in a structured way, which is where EasyStep toolkit comes in, allowing you total clarity and productivity in your sustainability efforts.
Green Data Storage
Your sustainability data is expensive to create because the time your team utilises comes at a cost. It’s vitally important this data gets stored safely and is always accessible. Being database powered, this is where EasyStep make life easy.
It’s always great if you can show the organisation’s sustainability progress to the team over time. Equally, it can be of great help when you have reporting available, because it allows you to easily identify areas of strength and weakness. EasyStep has built-in reporting which is available across all environments and components, giving extensive overview capabilities.
To reduce your pollution and carbon footprint the scheme grades activities based on their environmental impact. This allows you to target tasks which will bring the most immediate and profound benefits to the environment.
EasyStep can work across multiple sites within a company, with each site having its own set of Frameworks criteria tailored entirely to each individual site. Also, EasyStep can be controlled from multiple sites, or from a central location.

We’re currently in the process of trialling our Schools Accreditation with a school in Budleigh Salterton. They’ve told us that they’ve spent the past year and a half attempting to green-up their school and have found it an extremely difficult task, not knowing where to start originally, with also having no way of structuring this task (particularly because state schools are overburdened, seeing greening up as another burden and demand on their stretched resources), so they’re delighted to be trialling the Proud to be Green Schools Accreditation Award.
If you are interested in taking part in this great initiative, or would like to sponsor a school,
